An Introductory Course that builds on our Part One course of the same name. It will take you further along the broad track, without specialising in depth as do our Word or Excel courses.  It will enhance your knowledge of computer terminology and the basic features and functions of the personal computer and Windows environment.

  • Copy and paste Text

Microsoft Excel

  • Enter Formulas and use AutoFill

  • Change cell entries

  • Plotting a basic Chart

Outlook

  • Electronic Mail

  • Various techniques in using mail

PowerPoint

  • Creating a New Presentation

  • Miscellaneous Slide functions

Windows Additional Functions

  • Opening Windows Explorer

  • Placing Shortcuts on the Desktop and Start Menu

 Performing Disk Management Operations
